Job purpose
The main job purpose of the position is to be the lead Finance Business Partner for the Poland organisation – managing and developing key finance areas – business strategy, financial control and risk management for the business in Poland.

One Direct Report (Commercial Finance Business Partner), also with active oversight/coordination of the Financial Control team (4 people)

Main accountabilities
Lead business planning process and strategic planning process. Participate in decision-making of any investments/business cases through providing detailed analytical costing and value-adding insight
Act as a business partner and provide quality financial leadership and analytic support to the local leadership team
Act as a key link for Poland into the both the regional Finance and Commercial organisations
Develop and implement tools and processes to drive organizational performance
Ensure right sets of business insights are delivered to internal stakeholders
Ensure that appropriate mechanisms are in place to monitor business results against official targets
Coordinate with Financial Control to ensure efficient accounting, FCF management, tax and compliance with internal controls and internal/external audit requirements
Prepare and present robust business cases with insightful financial analysis
Reporting of results with performance analysis to group
Manage and motivate team; review and assess performance, build capability and support their professional development.

Background and Profile
University education in finance, accountancy or economy is a must, preferably post graduate finance qualification (ACCA, CIMA) or on track
At least 8-10 year experience in finance – preferably in a FMCG environment
At least 2-3 year experience as Finance/Business Partner
Practical experience in finance management including: building added value to the business, giving an effective recommends
Fluent English and Polish is a must
Very good skills of MS Office package
SAP experience is required

Communication skills / soft skills / story telling – at ease in international env,
Commercial Acumen first experience of working with a commercial /marketing teams / FMCG is preferable
Ability to communicate credibly and clearly to influence and inspire

Very good in problem solving and making decision abilities
Pro-active hands-on, solution driven mentality, with attention to detail
