SENIOR FINANCE CONTROLLER

Position: SENIOR FINANCE CONTROLLER

Location: Warsaw

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the FMCG division

• Analyze financial performance and provide insightful recommendations to management to drive business growth and profitability

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies

• Develop and implement effective financial control systems and procedures

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and projects

• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders

• Conduct financial analysis on sales performance, cost structures, and profitability metrics

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance management or control, preferably within the FMCG industry

• Experience in Mergers and Acquisitions

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in financial modeling and ERP systems

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

• Proven leadership capabilities and experience in managing a team
